If you go to a school and have a strings/orchestra teacher at the school, you must be enrolled in the class and your teacher has to sponsor you.  Let them know as soon as possible.

I can sponsor homeschool and private school students.

The sign-up will be sometime in September - there is usually a fee to sign-up.  Last year it was $25, it might change to a smaller amount this year.
